  • Selected feature paths, source files, MDN and specification URLs.
  • Support statements for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Chrome for Android, Firefox for Android, Safari on iOS, Android WebView, and Samsung Internet.
  • Version added, removed, or last supported.
  • Partial implementation, flags, prefixes, alternative names, and bounded notes.
  • Browser release status and dates needed for explicit baseline selection.
  • Exact WebDX feature associations and Baseline status and dates where available.
  • Bounded WPT file-result summaries, exact browser builds, run IDs, operating systems, test revisions and source-response digests for five selected suites.
  • BCD version, Web Platform Features version, package timestamp, catalogue version, and schema fingerprint.

Information not copied into the public site

  • The complete BCD dataset.
  • The complete Web Platform Features dataset.
  • WPT test bodies, expectations, raw logs or screenshots.
  • MDN article prose or diagrams.
  • Website observations, user-agent strings, visitor profiles, or analytics.
  • Market-share data or project-authored browser policy defaults.

Machine-readable contracts

Draft 2020-12 JSON Schemas are generated from the same runtime contracts used by the website and command-line checks. They support editor validation and continuous-integration tooling. Runtime validation still applies cross-field rules that JSON Schema cannot fully express.

How the licences apply

ControlCurrent source code is licensed under MIT. The selected BCD-derived data remains available under CC0, and selected Web Platform Features metadata remains under Apache-2.0. The WPT path registry is project-authored and links to BSD-3-Clause source. The project licence does not relicense upstream data, specifications, tests, results, or linked documentation.
